1. General provisions

These Terms of Use (hereinafter: "the Terms") govern access to and use of the nbiplatform.com website and of all related services of the nb intelligence platform provided by MITA Group d.o.o., with its registered office in Bosnia and Herzegovina (hereinafter: "MITA Group", "we" or "the Platform").

By accessing this website or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or our services.

2. Description of the service

nb intelligence is a platform for the analysis of publicly available digital signals that gives clients insight into the perception of brands, organizations and public figures through the analysis of media coverage, public comments on social networks and search trends.

The platform is intended exclusively for business use by legal entities, institutions, agencies and sole proprietors.

3. Access and registration

• Access to the platform requires registration and an active subscription.
• The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data submitted during registration.
• The user is responsible for the security of their access credentials (username and password).
• MITA Group reserves the right to refuse registration or to suspend access without stating a reason.

4. Acceptable use

By using the platform and the website, you undertake not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the systems, data or networks of the Platform
• Use data from the Platform to create individual profiles of natural persons
• Redistribute, sell or share analyses and reports with third parties without written consent
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the website or the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website or the platform

5. Intellectual property

All content on nbiplatform.com — including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, analytical methodology and design — is the property of MITA Group d.o.o. or of its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

Without the prior written consent of MITA Group, copying, reproduction, distribution, modification or public display of any part of the content is prohibited.

6. Subscription and payment

• Prices and service packages are listed on the website or in an individual quote.
• The subscription renews according to the agreed cycle (monthly or annually) unless the user cancels before the end of the period.
• MITA Group reserves the right to change prices with at least 30 days' prior notice.
• Payment is made through the available payment methods listed on the website.
• In the event of late payment, MITA Group may suspend access to the platform.

7. Limitation of liability

The nb intelligence platform provides analyses based on publicly available data and scientifically grounded methodologies. However:

• Analyses and reports are informational in nature and do not constitute legal, business or financial advice.
• MITA Group does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy or timeliness of all data at all times.
• MITA Group bears no liability for business decisions made on the basis of the analyses of the platform.
• The total liability of MITA Group is limited to the amount the user has paid for the service in the last 12 months.

8. Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services you confirm that you are aware of how we collect and process data.

For clients using the platform, the relationship between the client (Data Controller) and MITA Group (Data Processor) is governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which forms an integral part of the subscription contract.

9. Termination and suspension

• The user may terminate the subscription at any time under the conditions set out in the contract.
• MITA Group may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these Terms, non-payment or misuse of the service.
• After termination, the user loses access to the platform and to all data generated through the platform once the agreed retention period expires.

10. Changes to the terms

MITA Group reserves the right to amend these Terms. We will notify users of material changes:

• By e-mail to the registered address
• By a notice on the website at least 30 days before they take effect

Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform or from these Terms falls under the jurisdiction of a court in Bosnia and Herzegovina, following a prior attempt at an amicable settlement.
